The University’s acquisition break starts on December 2. Please send department orders to the library no later than November 15 so that we have time to process them before the break. Consent for the library to store my personal data from this acquisition request form until the library has acquired and received the requested material, the material has been catalogued, and a notification has been sent to me. NB! Because of the need to administer the number of copies of course books, the library cannot accept course book requests sent through this form anonymously. If you want to make an anonymous course book request, please contact the library's customer service staff in person.

We only process your personal data in order to be able to correspond with you if needed. The personal information you supply by filling in this form will be recorded in two shared e-mail inboxes of those library staff members who are responsible for the selection and acquisition of information resources. The data may be transferred by hand to the library's acquisitions database.
